These terms cover your use of this website and, where applicable, the services Wellset Solutions provides. By using this site or engaging our services you agree to them.
Wellset Solutions builds and operates marketing systems for contractor businesses. Depending on what you sign up for, that can include a website, a Google Business Profile setup, a business phone number, automated follow-up messaging, a review system, and reactivation of an existing customer list. The specific scope for your business is what is agreed in writing before work starts.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. How we handle this data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
To deliver the service we need things from you: photos of your work, business details, access to your Google Business Profile, and accurate legal information for carrier registration. Timelines depend on how quickly those arrive.
If we run messaging campaigns to your existing customer list, you confirm those contacts are your own past or current customers and that you have a lawful basis to contact them. We do not send to purchased, rented or scraped lists, and we will stop any campaign where that appears to be the case.
Text messaging in the United States requires registration and approval by mobile carriers. We prepare and file that registration on your behalf, but approval is granted by the carriers and is outside our control. We cannot guarantee approval or a specific approval date, and messaging cannot go live until it is granted. Website and profile work is not affected by this.
Services are provided on a monthly subscription. Fees, billing dates and what is included are set out in your agreement. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the period already billed. We will give reasonable notice before changing pricing.
You can cancel at the end of any billing period by telling us in writing. Your domain and your contact data are yours and will be released to you.
The website and the automation systems run on our platform. At the end of the paid period access to them ends. If you want to keep them, a handover can be arranged separately — once transferred, you are responsible for hosting, maintaining and running everything, and we are not.
Your business content — your name, logo, photos, copy, customer data and domain — remains yours throughout and after. Our underlying templates, systems and processes remain ours. You get a licence to use them for your business for as long as you are a client.
We build systems that improve how inquiries are captured and followed up. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, jobs, reviews, rankings or revenue. Outcomes depend on your market, your pricing, your responsiveness and how you use the system.
Parts of the service depend on third parties — Google, mobile carriers, our software platform and hosting providers. Their outages, policy changes or account decisions can affect the service. We will work to resolve issues but we are not liable for the actions of those providers.
You agree not to use the service to send unlawful, misleading or harassing content, to contact people without a lawful basis, or to breach any applicable marketing, messaging or privacy law. We may suspend the service where we reasonably believe this is happening.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and material changes will be made clear on the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
